A team from the Kenya Police Inspector General’s office, was in Ngong today to conduct a community baseline survey and the national police service satisfaction survey. Various stakeholders such as the bodaboda associations, Matatu Sacco representatives, and community policing representatives participated in the survey. The survey gave those participating an opportunity to give their honest opinion on police service in areas such as emergency response time, customer service, corruption and community engagement by the police. The objective of the survey was to get feedback from the members of the public in order to improve the police service. Which police station in Kajiado North has the best customer service?
