17 Years Old Ngong Town rugby player Samuel Imbwaga travelled to Luxembourg in February this year, on a three months trip facilitated by Nondescripts Rugby Club and Danny Ligairi who is a former Professional basketball and rugby player and now an actor.
Imbwaga who is a Nondescripts player was selected as part of a project which is supporting four boys from Fiji, and two boys from Kenya on a three months educational and cultural tour in Luxembourg.
According to the Nondescripts club, Samuel Imbwaga is a hardworking and disciplined young man who earned the invitation on merit. The three-month stay will see him train with, and play for Rugby Club Luxembourg which participates in the national Belgian rugby union competition. Ibwaga will also have an opportunity to study at the prestigious Lycee Michel Lucius, one of Luxembourg’s finest learning institutions. This is a part of the wholesome development package the RCL envisions for the exchange programme.
Imbwaga is the son of pastor Alfred Mbohi Ibwaga and Agnes Ndithi and a former player with COMRAS which is managed by David Weru.
